*** Correspondence must be through emails only *** Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for any reason as long as you follow the instructions below. If you send an email in regards to your return. Please include the order# along with a copy of the invoice along with any hats being returned. All refunds take approximately 8-10 days to be processed from the date received.

Please read the following instructions which will greatly help Pandahats.com in assisting you with your return:

1- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. All hats must be in a BOX (at least 5 inches deep...we recommend reusing the box that the hat was originally shipped in) Any hats shipped in bags, envelopes, or boxes NOT deep enough to maintain the shape of the hat will be refused because the hats that become crushed or lose their shape in transit to us and CANNOT be resold in this condition....

2- Items must be in their ORIGINAL condition and not worn. Hats that are broken in or have stains on the inside of the sweatband will not be accepted for returns. They will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. We cannot and will not resell used merchandise.

Returns due to wrong sizing are not the responsibility of Pandahats.com and will NOT be treated as an error by us. If you are concerned about the sizing of hats, we STRONGLY recommend that you attempt to purchase these from our locations where you can try the hats on.

3 - Make a copy of the original invoice for your records and place invoice back in the box with the returned item(s). Please make a note on the invoice that you would like a REFUND. If you would like an exchange for a different size/style, please visit us at one of our locations. Allrefunds take approximately 7-10 days to be processed depending on the backlog. 4- Any return is subject for a $7 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.
